How do I earn Eco Points?
As a member of hessnatur friends, you will receive one Eco Point (reward point) for every order spent euro (gross) spent.
The gross order value is decisive.
If you use vouchers when shopping, the voucher value will be deducted.
The Eco Points earned will be automatically credited to your account 30 days after ordering.
Within the 30 days between order and credit, the Eco Points will be shown to you first as pending and then as confirmed.
Eco Points cannot be earned when purchasing gift vouchers.
